Thomas Lolmakar discovered OnMessage.tv’s Samburu video Bible story library a little more than a year ago. The Samburu videos have actually existed for nearly 5 years.
Thomas is a church planter and a trainer of church planters in Kenya. Since he found OneMessage.tv, he has been using the video Bible stories in all facets of his ministry.
Just in the last few weeks, Thomas used the videos in an evangelistic event, and saw 7 people baptized.
In May, Thomas reported that he has already trained 12 church planters in Maralal, and 14 in Wamba. Now he has started two new classes with 22 new church planting trainees.
He recently called and shared with us how the videos impact his training.
"Good morning, my brother. We thank God for everything. This training is a training for the church planters how to use storytelling. And I thank God because the OneMessage.tv videos will help us on that training. The places that we are reaching are the places of the people who don’t read or speak another language, apart from the Samburu language. And I have seen that that method of storytelling is so helpful.
