It’s hard to believe we are nearly half way through 2025. So much has happened already, and so much more is still to come.
Topgolf Fundraiser
In May, we held our very first Topgolf fundraiser. When you do something for the first time, there are so many unknowns. In the end, all of our goals for the event were met; the turnout, the sponsors, and the funds raised for future production of video Bible story libraries. We raised just over $16,000! We are already excited about doing the event again next year, and building on the successes.

The Luo Project
Our production team is returning to Ugunja, Kenya in July to complete the recording of the Luo video Bible story project. We will capture the last 10 stories for the library. They will include Old Testament stories like the Birth of Moses and the Ten Plagues, and New Testament stories like the Baptism of Jesus and the Feeding of the 5,000.
There are more than 5 million people who speak the Luo language in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. Fewer than 10 percent of them know who the real Jesus is. We are excited to see how these stories will spread across Africa.
2025 Q1 Impact Report
At OneMessage.tv, we want to be accountable to our donors and partners in all that we do. A large part of that is sharing the impact the videos are having among the people groups we are trying to reach. So, several times a year, we create an impact report to share with the senders and the goers who make up the OneMessage.tv community.

One Story
In May, we heard from a pastor working with the Samburu people in Kenya. His name is Thomas Lolmakar. Thomas shared,
"I am using the video stories in an orality Bible study that I am doing. It’s easy for the people to understand the Bible and gospel in the stories acted out in the Samburu language. Some of them don’t know how to write and read so storytelling is the best way of reaching them with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Since I started using the videos a few months ago, about 50 people from different villages have decided to follow Jesus."
Stories like these are why we create the Bible story videos for oral learners!
Free Children's Missions Video
