On Monday, the OneMessage.tv team leaves for northern Kenya. We are returning to record the final 10 videos, completing the video Bible story library for the Turkana people.
This project is a partnership with Revolution Church in Canton, Georgia and SERV International.
Zip Cain is the Missions Minister for Revolution Church. But you may not know that Zip is also a member of the OneMessage.tv Board of Directors! Zip spends all of his time looking for ways to involve church members in missions, both locally and around the world.
We thought it would be good to hear from Zip about how OneMessage.tv involves everyday Christians in the Great Commission:
Zip Cain, Missions Minister at Revolution Church in Canton, Georgia.
When we get an opportunity to talk to churches and individuals in person, we talk a lot about the two roles in fulfilling the Great Commission: “Goers” and “Senders.”
In Romans 10:13-15, the Apostle Paul says:
“For ‘Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.’ But how can they call on Him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in Him if they have never heard about Him? And how can they hear about Him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent?”
Maybe you are not in a place to be a “Goer” right now. But you can be a “Sender”!
Will you be a part of reaching every oral learner with the Word of God? Please consider becoming a OneMessage.tv SENDER.
Please pray for us as we travel to Kenya July 10-19. Thank you for being such an important part of our team!
P.S. OneMessage.tv will be returning again to Kenya this fall to finish the video Bible story library for the Rendille tribe. We are also making plans to partner with mission groups in Thailand and Peru in 2024. If you can give now, it will help us plan for those projects! CLICK HERE to give today. Thank you!
