Can you see it? You are walking down a narrow alley, or a tree lined path, or a winding road. You can't see much from side to side. You can't see anything beyond the next turn, but you sense that there is about to be a big change.
That's the way I feel about the OneMessage.tv journey right now. 2022 feels like a big year! It feels like a time we will look at as a milestone in accelerating the spread of the gospel to the hardest to reach people groups in the world.
Our OneMessage.tv community is still not quite 3 years old yet. We have completed the library of video Bible stories for the Samburu people, our first people group in Kenya.
Later this year, we will return to Colombia to complete the video library for the Chamí people, our very first people group in the world.
In about two weeks, we will return to Kenya to begin work with a new people group, the Turkana in northern Kenya. Working with this people group marks a special milestone. It's the beginning of a new partnership with SERV International and Revolution Church in Canton, GA. It's our first major church partnership for an entire Bible story library! We hope this will be a model for the future.
And in the midst of all of this, we are planning a summer trip to begin recording a library with a third Kenya tribe called Rendille.
It's a lot. It's exciting, but it's a lot!
But when we say we can reach every unreached people group in our lifetime, this is where it starts.
First, thank you for making this mission possible. Thank you for your prayers. Thank you for your support.
Second, please pray with us about the future. The opportunities with mission partners around the world is growing. We want to be prepared and ready to move any time God prompts us.
Last, please consider new ways that you can support the mission. If you have given in the past, you could choose to begin a monthly commitment. If you have been supporting us through prayer, but not financially, maybe now is the time for the next step.
The biggest thing anyone can do is, SHARE OUR STORY.
We know that you believe in reaching the unreached who have no written scripture, and giving the Gospel to oral learners who couldn't read the scripture even if it existed in their language.
Please tell our story to other believers around you, so that when our time ends here, we will have done all we can to share the amazing grace that Christ offers with everyone.
